Every project presents regulatory challenges that can influence design, construction and operational decisions. Codex provides technical guidance to help interpret applicable requirements and identify the most appropriate path forward.
Codex works alongside project teams to interpret and apply applicable codes, standards and regulations, from design through construction.
Our services include:
Providing answers to technical questions, code interpretations, or recommendations on possible options;
Developing practical solutions for the concrete application of regulations, codes, and standards to existing buildings or specific cases;
Offering technical assistance in the application of construction and fire safety regulations, codes, and standards (NBC, NFPA, ICC, CSA, ULC, etc.);
Evaluating the use of materials or construction assemblies.
